Coming from the Democractic Republic of Congo is a women-only produced lot of washed coffee.

In Swahili “mapendo” means love, and that’s exactly what this exclusively women-grown & produced coffee is built upon. They rely heavily on Linda Mugaruka, the head of Quality Control at our importing partner, Mighty Peace, who is the first female Certified Q Grader in all of the DRC.

We hope to see more new projects from Mighty Peace that can continually push coffee quality & women’s equity forward.
