Guatemala - Liquid Heart

Every year we go visit the Villatoro Family. They pull out all the stops and put many fun, experimental coffees on the cupping table for us. Liquid Heart is not necesarily experimental as a straight up natural process, but it was our favorite!

Liquid Heart is Bourbon & Caturra in their purest forms. Dried on raised beds during a time of crazy storms in Guatemala, it's astounding that this coffee survived, let alone its great taste.

This is the highest-scoring lot that we sourced from Milton Villatoro & is a Unity exclusive.
