Mexico - Stargazer

Last year we had a head turner micro-lot dubbed Hernandez Fam. As a trend we have seen elsewhere in Mexico, that super yummy offering was unsustainable to produce. As a result, Cafe Imports partnered with the exporter in Puebla to build a centralized mill for cherry delivery. Puebla is an area that currently has a lot of difficulties, so in this instance we do support a larger group offering. Luckily, the old-school varietals are still processed with lot separation in mind, giving us this vibrant & fruited natural process coffee. Coffees like this deserve an exporatory and far out namesake.
