We met Yensy right before the pandemic and felt that instant connection between grower & roaster. During the pandemic-induced times of no traveling we became distant friends, sending each other coffee photos and ideas on how to strengthen our relationship to achieve coffee excellence. She breaks boundaries as a young & stand-out producer, wielding her Tabi variety on her cloud forest farm like an artist would a paint brush. This hybrid variety comes to life on her farm, bursting with complex tropical notes & acidity.
