ASOPAP is a certified organic and Fair Trade producer group. They are made up of over 40 producers who are young, determined, and energetic to say the least. They love to learn and experiment with new processing methods.
In 2019 we were lucky enough to help plan a producer’s summit with ASOPAP, where we discussed a long held dream of ours: to identify high-scoring microlots, separate them from the main lot, and pay those producers more.
