Shipping policy

All retail items are shipped via the USPS or UPS. We roast once a week, currently on Tuesdays. Orders placed by 11:59pm Pacific Time on Mondays will ship out that week, typically on Wednesdays. For any order placed after that, we will do what we can to ship it as soon as possible, but we cannot guarantee that it will be sent out until the following week.
