Third Wave Water - Classic Profile

For all of our internal quality control and brewing needs, we utilize Third Wave Water to ensure great tasting coffee with optimal extraction.

It's simple to use!

1. Add one stick of TWW minerals to a gallon of distilled water (suitable substitutes include: reverse osmosis (RO), or deionized water or zero water filtered water)

2. Shake the water container for 10-15 seconds to effectively mix the minerals. Use either agitation or time; the minerals will dissolve overnight with no mixing as long as the water is empty. Make sure all minerals are dissolved.

3. Pour the mixed water into your coffee brewer, espresso machine, or kettle.
