Milton is a man full of vigor. After recently graduating from University where he studied agronomy, he is now applying his education back home, where he works with his father, Juan, on their idyllic land in Hoja Blanca, outside of Huehuetenango.
Our favorite thing about Milton’s coffee is its versatility. Our first visit to Hoja Blanca brought us brilliantly nutty and chocolatey washed offerings, indicative of the region. But on our most recent trip, we were treated to the experience of assisting in the processing of Milton’s anaerobic natural processed lot, and it blew our minds. We look forward to years and years worth of working with this young and highly skilled producer.
